Michael Sophia is the Founder of Prosper & Purpose Media Co. -

 

I am an avid student of life. Devoted in my efforts, I'm a social entrepreneur, and in my work specifically with Prosper and Purpose, I'm an advocate for greater self-awareness and relevance in our work as business and organization leaders, because our world needs transformational development.

 

I believe more authentic intelligence and creativity is necessary for the challenges we face. I'm hopeful to encourage and inspire these capacities in my friends and colleagues, and in our broader online community.

 

I'm also the founder of Advancement Academy - a platform for personal growth, health and vitality, and transformational development.

 

In an early career in the fitness industry, I grew as a manager of over a dozen fitness centers, then as a strategic advisor and consultant - where I'm grateful to have positively connected with and impacted countless thousands of lives and taught advanced business success strategies to hundreds of coaches, managers, and operators.

 

Then, I felt the need for an important shift. I wanted to awaken to more of life, so took several years away from business and a conventional lifestyle; I turned to Nature, traveled around the world, and immersed in study of the timeless arts of self-awareness and philosophy.

 

From this, I gained a feeling of a true sense of the times and the many transformative needs of the world. Now, more than ever, my passion to serve others is expanding, though I am still new and growing with an online presence.
